Every year we are looking for 1-2 apprentices for the profession of precision mechanic. At Bölling GmbH, we attach great importance to ensuring that our apprentices enjoy an outstanding practical training. For the theoretical part of the training, our apprentices attend the Hans-Böckler–Berufskolleg in Münster 1-2 days a week.  

Requirements:
„Realschulabschluss” or good „Hauptschulabschluss”, strong technical interest 

Duration of apprenticeship:
The duration of the apprenticeship as a precision mechanic is 3 ½ years. 

Fields of activity:
Manufacturing of precision components (turning, drilling, milling & grinding)
(Assembly of the precision components)
Quality assurance and control of precision components
CNC Turning
CNC Milling 

What you should bring:
You should have a strong technical interest.
You have already gained experience in the industry during an internship. (Not required)
You have good craftsmanship.
You are willing to treat the company’s equipment and machinery with care.
