What we offer
Turning
Based on your wishes and with the help of technical drawings, our trained employees work on your individual parts, small or large series. We use flexible, ultra-modern CNC-controlled lathes in our turning centres. Our high range know-how enables us to process a wide variety of materials such as steel, aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, lead, molybdenum or plastics. When it comes to precision and quality, we have the knack!
Milling
With our CNC-controlled milling machines we manufacture your individual workpieces with attention to every detail. Whether individual parts, small or large series, quality and accuracy are our highest priority. Here too, we are able to mill your workpieces from a wide variety of materials (see above). A total of nine milling machining centres enable us to work on several customer orders simultaneously so that we can guarantee fast delivery dates.
Laser
You would like to mark your products individually and long-lasting? Our new laser convinces our customers with precision, counterfeit protection, profitability and a sustainable way of permanent marking.
Our laser is able to process a wide variety of materials with different surfaces and shapes. We label your products with your individual sign, a text, picture or barcode. Your advantage when using laser technology? Compared to printing, which is only applied to the surface, laser marking is a durable marking of your product because the material is modified directly by the short heat effect of the laser beam.

With our high-quality machinery we are optimally equipped for every task. In addition to 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis milling machining centres, we have several turning machining centres, a surface grinding machine, a sandblasting cabin and other conventional lathes and milling machines.

CAD
The employees of Bölling GmbH have extensive knowledge in the field of CAD. This enables us to respond to the individual wishes of our customers and to produce complex workpieces and assemblies.
We would be pleased to advise and support you in the development of your product. Our services include the design and creation of technical drawings.
Assembling
On customer request we also assemble manufactured workpieces as assembly units.
Quality
Quality has a high value at Bölling GmbH. We always put the satisfaction of our customers in the first place. The direct contact with our customers is very important to us. We ensure the quality of our products with state-of-the-art machinery and strict controls. All our products are manufactured according to the quality standard DIN ISO 9001. Checks on the products are carried out during the entire production process at all stages of manufacture. With the help of 3D touch systems, we also carry out controls directly in the machines.
On request, we can also provide our customers with detailed inspection and measuring protocols.
